CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Cranial and spinal fluid is essential in providing nutrients and lubrication throughout the body. When fluid becomes restricted it can cause physical, behavioral and emotional issues. Some examples are provided below. Targeting the flow of fluid allows for improved bodily function, both physically and mentally.

KINESIOLOGY TAPING

Using animal friendly tape, this is a unique way to offer a decompressing action to the tissues while maintaining support. To maximize each session, tape may be left on for an extended time. Overall, taping provides comfort while naturally encouraging proper movement.

Benefits of decompression: increased blood and lymph flow, decreased inflammation and pressure relief of nerve endings

Benefits of leaving tape on: increased proprioception, prolonged support and pain relief

About Me

brown horses eye in close up photography

Growing up as a little girl I always dreamed of helping horses. They have always been the most beautiful and graceful creatures to exist in my eyes. My journey began when I got my first riding lesson for my eighth birthday. It set me on a path to continue my general equine skills and knowledge. I took advantage of new opportunities from working student positions, private lessons, and participating in clinics. Years later, the little girl that I once was has grown up to make her dream come true.

I am a certified Equine Myo-manipulative Functional Therapist (Equine Massage), Craniosacral Practitioner, and a registered member of the IAAMB. Currently I am completing my education in Neuro-myofascial Release and Kinesiology Taping. My passion for horses leads me to provide the highest caliber of care through a wide range of services and techniques. I strive to understand each horse as an individual, both physically and mentally. This aids in choosing the best customized plan to make the most of each session. My goal is always to improve a horses overall wellbeing, both short and long term. I also believe the owner plays a crucial role for the best results. Staying informed after each session can help bring awareness, which then translates to improved care of the horse. Please reach out with any questions, as I am always happy to give my best answer.

Testimonials

Sam O. owner of "Punk"

"Punk is a horse who has always had hind end problems. He has been unable to stretch out fully for multiple years and was stiff on both back legs. We have tried multiple chiropractors and could never keep his hips level or his spine straight, until having a massage done by Lindsi. His hips have stayed level and his spine has stayed straight after one session. He has also stayed relaxed and supple since. The first session with Lindsi he proceed to try and run her over multiple times due to anxiety from previous bodywork. She was patient to work through it with him, and finished a complete session with him relaxed and enjoying it by the end. I had her come out a second time to prepare for him moving. She's amazing with horses and is able to make them feel comfortable. I most definitely recommend Lindsi!"

Cathy T. owner of "Ivan" & "Winchester"

"Lindsi has worked on both of my horses several times and they absolutely love the massage! She is always prompt, professional and takes her time giving each horse the attention they need. Another bonus is that she not only shows me where they are tight or have issues but then shows me what I can do afterwards to continue their healing between massage sessions. I absolutely love that! I have seen huge changes in both horses movement and performance. The knowledge she shares is invaluable to me. To sum up Lindsi is fantastic! She helps me as much as my horses!!"

Heather K. owner of "Sky"

"Just have to tell you how super pleased I am with the massage. I swear Sky's top line looks fuller and more level, and she seems way more relaxed."
